Glazier Support
Restore the stained glass, from a hermit's cell to a cathedral
Questions, problems, or ideas? Email [email protected] (yes, that's the right address for Glazier too) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Helpful things to include: your device model, iOS version, the building and window number, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Common questions
How do the colours mix? Red over yellow makes orange, yellow over blue makes green, and blue over red makes purple. All three together make lead. The order you lay them in never matters, and a cell takes each colour only once.
Why did my pane fly back? Either it would have put colour where the window doesn't want it, or it would have left the window impossible to finish. The game puts it back in the tray for you — nothing is lost, just try it somewhere else.
What does the sparkle mean? You restored that window without using a hint. Undos and panes sent back don't count against it.
How do I see the finished window? Press and hold Hold for cartoon and the finished design shows until you let go.
I can't find a window in the church. Tap the floor to walk about, or use the ‹ and › buttons to go straight to each window — from the church itself, › takes you to the first one still dark. The grid button at the top shows every window flat.
A friend's window link won't open. Links only open in Glazier, so your friend needs the app. If tapping the link doesn't work, copy the whole message and use Paste on the Your windows screen.
What is the daily window? One extra window a day, the same for everybody, with a streak for days in a row.
What does the purchase unlock? The hermitage, chapel, parish church, daily window and workshop are free. One payment of £2.99 opens the abbey, basilica, cathedral, minster and great cathedral. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, use Restore purchase on the unlock screen; it's free and uses the same Apple account.
